(Video) Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hails Bruno Fernandes’ unique penalty taking skill

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed that midfielder Bruno Fernandes scored against Granada with just ‘one eye open’.

United travelled to Spain on Thursday night to take on Granada in the first-leg of this season’s Europa League quarter-finals.

After a first-half Marcus Rashford goal opened proceedings, midfielder Fernandes was later gifted the chance to double the Red Devils’ lead from the spot.

Following a collision in the box involving Fernandes, the Portuguese creator stepped up to successfully convert the spot-kick.

Speaking after the game, Solskjaer admitted that he has yet to rewatch the incident but did confirm Fernandes was forced to take the penalty kick with just ‘one eye open’.
