Former Liverpool defender childishly trolls Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes

Liverpool forward Diogo Jota scored twice in Portugal’s 2-2 draw against Serbia on Saturday evening, so Luis Enrique wanted to be 12-years-old again and shared an absurd take on social media.

The Portugal international was their best performer through the game – with star duo Cristiano Ronaldo unable to add their usual spark to secure three points for their World Cup qualifying campaign.

Jota has already proven to be a decent bit of business by Liverpool and they’ve really missed him through injury.

The 24-year-old now looks set to become an important player on the international stage, ahead of the European Championships this summer.

Rather childishly, however, former Liverpool defender Jose Enrique was keen to highlight Jota’s superiority on the basis of one match, on Instagram after Saturday night’s game.

Enrique also took aim at Cristiano Ronaldo, like he’s not the greatest Portuguese player of all-time.
