Following their underwhelming 0-0 draw against Chelsea, Manchester United full-back Luke Shaw has admitted the Red Devils feel a sense of disappointment.
Shaw, 25, is enjoying arguably his best season in a United shirt and after Sunday’s domestic clash, once again put in a brilliant performance.
Despite what was a largely unexciting match from start to finish, both sides will be thankful they didn’t go on to lose the game.
However, speaking after the match, defender Shaw has given an honest account of how he felt the 90-minutes of action went.
Visibly disappointed, the 25-year-old also took the time to question the official’s decision to stop play whilst a dubious penalty check went ahead during the first half.
🗣 “I don’t understand why he stopped the game if it wasn’t going to be a pen.”
