Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says Manchester United the players will remember last season’s semi-final defeats as they try to go further in the Europa League.
They made the right step tonight after drawing 0-0 with Real Sociedad to reach the round of 16, after beating the Spanish side 4-0 in Turin last week.
Solskjaer spoke about the lack of the fans and how different it can be for players making their debut for the club.
That was the case tonight when Shola Shoretire came on to become the youngest player to represent the club in European competition and Amad Diallo played at Old Trafford for the first time.

"He's got some skills and attributes that we think will make a very good player here."
"It's something for him to remember at Old Trafford, but he would've enjoyed it more with fans."

United are now in with a really good shot at winning the Europa League and FA Cup this season.
Our form in the league needs to pick up but we’re still in a very strong position. Leicester City, who closely rival United for second place, were knocked out of the Europa League tonight so their focus will now completely turn on the league. I just hope their season collapses.
