The brother of Manchester United’s star midfielder Bruno Fernandes has taken to his social media to take a swipe at Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
Fernandes, 26, joined United 12-months ago after making the switch from Liga NOS side Sporting Lisbon.
Since arriving at Old Trafford, the 26-year-old has racked up a hugely impressive 46 direct goal contributions in just his first 51 matches, in all competitions.
However, despite the talented midfielder’s unrivalled on-field impact, rival boss Klopp has not been shy in criticising Fernandes and his team-mates for the amount of penalties they’ve converted.
During a recent press conference, the German, as quoted by The Sun, said: “Man Utd had more penalties in two years than me in five-and-a-half years.”
In light of the Red Devils’ recent 3-2 FA Cup win over Liverpool, in a match which saw Fernandes convert a game winning free-kick, the midfielder’s brother took to his social media to take a dig at Klopp.
