Manchester United fans will hope Edinson Cavani’s iconic arrow celebration becomes a familiar sight this season.
Cavani has already celebrated in trademark fashion after winning goals at Southampton and Everton in recent weeks.
But the Uruguayan veteran may have forgotten at Goodison Park had it not been for a timely reminder from teammate Eric Bailly.
Cavani smashed in an 88th minute winner against Carlo Ancelotti’s men, cutting in and firing an unstoppable left-foot shot when United needed a moment of inspiration.
After scoring the goal, Cavani was met by defender Bailly, who visibly requested the celebration that he has clearly been a fan of since the striker’s arrival.
We expect Bailly and Cavani to both start on the bench in today’s Boxing Day fixture against Leicester at the King Power Stadium.
