Manchester United have already won away at PSG but Wednesday’s game at home to RB Leipzig will be no walk in the park.

Leipzig have become one of the biggest forces in German football. They achieved such a feat thanks to a planned transfer model heavily focused on young talent.

The Premier League has gained from some of the talents they can be credited for, such as Timo Werner who signed for Chelsea during the summer.

Dayot Upamecano will be the next RB Leipzig player to move to a bigger club. The French centre-back was heavily linked with United during the summer (via ESPN) and Virgil van Dijk’s injury has been met with rumours that Liverpool are keen to sign the defender in January, as per The Express.

However, Leipzig have been dealt a blow ahead of their clash with United.

As many as four players could be missing for Julian Nagelsmann according to reports in Germany (via Kicker).

It is claimed that Nordi Mukiele, Lukas Klostermann, Konrad Laimer and Amadou Haidara are all missing out on Leipzig’s trip to Old Trafford.

Nagelsmann will hope his players can build on their win over Turkish side Istanbul Basaksehir during the previous round of fixtures.
