Video: Bruno Fernandes magic touch helps Portugal score against Sweden

Bruno Fernandes doesn’t get the assist, but it was his pass that played Diogo Jota in before Bernardo Silva scored Portugal’s opener against Sweden.

The scoreline is 2-0 as things stand after Jota doubled Portugal’s lead before the interval.

But it’s the first goal we’ve chosen to focus on because of the role Bruno Fernandes plays in it.

The United midfielder receives the ball and takes a delicate touch to cushion the ball before playing in the Liverpool forward.

It was an easy finish for the Man City playmaker.

Fernandes has not shown his best form for United this season and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be hoping he comes back with more confidence and match fitness from being with the Portugal national side.
