Man United fixture change confirmed as latest Premier League TV games revealed

Manchester United’s home game against Tottenham Hotspur has been rearranged after the latest round of Premier League TV fixtures were revealed.

United meet Spurs in their third match of the league season and will hope to be going into the clash with confidence with an away victory over Brighton on Saturday.

Unsurprisingly, Jose Mourinho’s latest return to Old Trafford has been selected for TV coverage; the game will kick off on Sunday, October 4 at 4:30pm.

The blockbuster affair will be an indicator of the progress each side has made since last season, with United claiming four points in the two league fixtures last season.

United supporters will hope to see at least one new face in the matchday squad with the game being played one day before the summer transfer deadline on October 5.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men progressed through to the next round of the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening with a well-earned victory over gritty Championship opposition Luton Town at Kenilworth Road.

Goals from Juan Mata, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood sealed United’s first victory of the season.
