Speculation surrounding Alex Telles and Manchester United is gathering pace.
United were unhappy with the Portuguese media’s coverage of the Bruno Fernandes pursuit last summer and it wasn’t until January he joined the club.
Manchester Evening News has played down recent reports from Portuguese outlet A Bola.
But Stretty News has obtained information on Telles from one of the parties involved in the deal, who is confident that United will make a €20m bid for the left-back.
Telles is said to be hopeful of completing a deal to sign for United in the coming days, according to Guardian journalist Jamie Jackson.

He scored two penalties for FC Porto on Saturday and manager Sergio Conceicao refused to rule out an exit for the Brazilian full-back.
“I don’t think about it,” Conceicao said, as quoted by GOAL.
“The market is not about me. I am not a manager, I am a coach and I have to train the players I have. Obviously I would like to count on everyone and if someone else came in, I would not be upset at all.
“I must praise and emphasise Alex’s professionalism. It is not easy with all this news to play the game he played today.
“I know the character and personality of the players and I know that until the last day, be it tomorrow or 10 years from now, they will do their best.”
The latest from reputable journalist Fabrizio Romano is talks continued today between United and FC Porto. He adds personal terms are not an issue, with a €20m price tag and interest from PSG.

Telles could become the second Liga NOS player to join United this year if he completes his move.
And judging how Bruno Fernandes settled super quickly in England we would have to give Telles the benefit of doubt.
