Manchester United have officially announced the signing of Donny van de Beek from Ajax on club website ManUtd.com, the talented midfielder has joined the Red Devils on a five-year deal for a fee of €39m plus €5m in add-ons, according to Sky Sports.

van de Beek will join up with the Reds ahead of the start of the 2020-21 season and will undoubtedly be raring to go.

United fans are already keen to see how the versatile midfielder will fit into Solskjaer’s developing side and one of his new midfield partners has been one of the first to welcome him to Old Trafford.

In light of the recent announcement, Portuguese Magnifico Fernandes was quick to post a welcome message on his personal social media.
