Manchester United are stepping up intensity of training sessions ahead of a possible resumption of English football next month.
The players have been adhering to government guidelines by completing drills in small groups at least two meters apart.
Premier League teams will vote on Wednesday whether to approve plans of advancing to full-contact training with a view to returning to action in June.
But for now, United are having to make do with these restrictions as they prepare for a crucial run-in as they fight for the Champions League places, FA Cup and Europa League.
United captain Harry Maguire has only scored two goals so far in his fledgling Old Trafford career, but will be hoping to add to that tally when football returns.
His wonder strike in the FA Cup tie away to Tranmere is the clear standout, although his bullet header to secure a Premier League victory against Chelsea was arguably more important.
Anyhow, the defender took part in a long-range shooting drill at the end of Tuesday’s session and hit a pinpoint curled effort into the right top corner.
