It took two minutes for Manchester United to get the first fright of the night with Club Brugge creating the first real chance of the game.
The Red Devils came close to conceding inside the first three minutes after some slack defending lead to the ball being cleared near the line.
Harry Maguire was beaten on the edge of the box, Victor Lindelof completely missed his header, and Nemanja Matic had little time to find a solution.

United didn’t see this as a wake up call and conceded over 12 minutes later.
