A MUTV producer gave a bizarre response when asked about the Glazers out moment on twitter on Thursday morning.
We’re surprised that producer Jamie Sheppard replied to a tweet asking his thoughts on the ownership of the club he works for.
Sheppard was asked the question when sending a happy birthday message to MUTV pundit and former Manchester United player Bojan Djordjic.
Instead of addressing the question of whether he agrees with the Glazers out movement, he said that ‘I agree with celebrating birthdays’.
We are obviously aware that someone who effectively works for the club will not provide their true thoughts on the Glazer ownership, their employers.
But we did not expect any response at all on a question surrounding the Glazer family’s running of United.
MUTV notoriously avoid United fans on phone-in shows that call up to stress their disgruntlement at the Glazers and the money they have taken out of the club.
Despite the fact the Reds secured two late deals in the January transfer window, it has not distracted fans from the salient issue at the club.
