Man Utd planning move for Leeds man valued at £40m

Phillips, who has been linked with moves to Arsenal and Aston Villa, has been valued at £40m.

Man Utd’s need for midfield reinforcements is no secret having seen both Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera depart for pastures new this year. Meanwhile, it doesn’t look like Nemanja Matic will be at the club for much longer.
