Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made two changes to his starting eleven for this evening’s 179th Manchester Derby.
The Reds travel to the Etihad with confidence after the encouraging 2-1 victory over Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham at Old Trafford on Wednesday.
Anthony Martial has been deemed fit and will start in a front three alongside Marcus Rashford and Daniel James who will be looking to hit City on the counter-attack.
Luke Shaw also returns ahead of Ashley Young, who drops to the bench.
Victor Lindelof is preferred to Axel Tuanzebe at the back, and he will start alongside Harry Maguire after the Swede was rarely troubled by Tottenham’s dynamic attack on Wednesday.

Scott McTominay emphasised his importance to Solskjaer’s side in the Spurs victory, and plays alongside Fred in midfield. The Brazilian appears far more comfortable when accompanied by McTominay in the middle.
Marcus Rashford will be hoping to increase his 15 goal tally for club and country this season and is likely to provide the biggest threat to Pep Guardiola’s side this afternoon.
