Inter Milan reportedly remain confident of signing Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez.
That’s according to Sky Sports, who claim talks are continuing today between the two clubs over a potential loan deal.
The report claims that the move would cost the Serie A side up to £11m.

This news comes after the Guardian reported yesterday that Sanchez’s move to Antonio Conte’s side was now in doubt due to an injury Anthony Martial picked up in the defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
United are light in attacking options after no replacement was signed for Romelu Lukaku, who Sanchez could team up with if he completes his proposed switch.
However, it is believed that Inter are not concerned that Martial’s injury could jeopardise the deal, and they are still confident a season-long loan move can be finalised before the European transfer window shuts on September 2.
Sanchez arrived at Manchester United training this morning at the AON training complex, but no longer seems a part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’ plans for the season.
In truth, the 30-year-old’s time at Old Trafford has been nothing short of disastrous, as noted by United legend Gary Neville below.
He has only scored three Premier League goals for the Reds, and has been anything but the player fans thought they had acquired in the swap deal with Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Arsenal.
"He's been an absolute disaster." 🤯
