Although you’ve probably heard of him during Ajax’s fantastic run in the Champions League, meet Donny van de Beek. The Mirror claim the midfielder could cost United at least £35m if they were to sign him before next season.

There’s another familiar face in the photo. Long-term United transfer target Wesley Sneijder, who I feel was the player to be linked most with a move to Old Trafford but never officially join the club.
United would be foolish for thinking they’d have a clear run to sign Van de Beek with the strong possibility of a number of potential suitors ready to battle each other for the star’s signature.
Fans of the Red Devils have even called on Agent Timo to have a word. He returns to United for pre-season after a season-long loan at Fulham, which didn’t go to plan.
The Cottagers were relegated and Fosu-Mensah rarely played.
