Paul Pogba has now responded to claims he had a fight with Romelu Lukaku in the aftermath of Saturday’s win over Southampton.
The Belgium striker dismissed an alleged bust-up as lies after responding to a report by The Sun on Twitter: “When the hate don’t work they start telling lies…”

Pogba, who missed a penalty in stoppage time, has also jumped to social media to respond to claims he and Lukaku engaged in handbags.
“Hahahahaha people are too funny bro,” the Frenchman said in reply to Lukaku’s Instagram story.

While Lukaku was on a hat-trick, the United striker wanted his teammate to take the penalty, as revealed in his post-match interview.
Many are forgetting Pogba is United’s penalty taker and whether Lukaku is on three or five goals, it doesn’t make a difference unless the midfield decides to hand the duty over.
Fingers crossed Lukaku can score another brace or more tonight against PSG. Tonight marks a big night for European football.
