Luke Shaw speaks to Manchester United’s official YouTube channel to give his preview ahead of our match with Newcastle on Saturday evening.
The England international has been terrific so far this season, winning back-to-back Manchester United Player of the Month awards and cementing his spot at left-back.
Performances aside, Shaw is one of few peoples who has kept his dignity intact in recent weeks during United’s poor run of form. Never shying away from the fans, home or away, Shaw have apologised for bad results and he even handed his shirt to a young supporter following last weekend’s trip to West Ham, which saw the Reds lose 3-1.
Shaw admits United need to be able to break teams down that come to Old Trafford and sit back, though if any of these teams watched us in recent weeks they shouldn’t plan on sitting back.
He also notes that while we’re creating chances on goal, we should be more clinical as a team.
Hopefully, Romelu Lukaku can get back to scoring ways this evening. Here are three big tactical questions we have ahead of kick-off…
