Mourinho adamant Man Utd ace is unsellable, amidst links to European giants

An exclusive broke on CalcioMercato this morning suggesting that Jose Mourinho treats Paul Pogba to be unsellable, amidst reports linking the player with a return to Juventus.

Pogba returned to Manchester United from the Bianconeri in 2016 for a then world record fee of £89 million. While he’s been an important part of the side ever since, we’ve yet to see Pogba at his consistent best but there’s every chance this World Cup could be the making of him to set his career alight.

The Italian outlet understands that while Juventus are interested in bringing Pogba back to Turin, with Mino Raiola reportedly keen on the idea too, Mourinho will not let the France international go at any price this summer.

He now sees the player as untouchable in the transfer market and will make him even more important next term, with Fred added to the midfield. Nemanja Matic will keep his place as the anchor.

There are just 20 days left until the Premier League’s transfer window shuts and it’s a relief to read Mourinho is adamant about Pogba staying at the club.
