During the course of this summers transfer window, Alex Sandro seems to be linked on a daily basis with Manchester United.
This evening, it appears that there has been some progression regarding a transfer for the highly coveted full back.
According to Duncan Castles, United have a deal in place to bring the Brazilian to Old Trafford. Speaking on his transfer window podcast, Castles states that the Reds have agreed on terms with the player and the only stumbling block which remains is the fee; with the Old Lady holding out for €60 million.

Ashley Young has done a fine job this season but long-term, investment is required in this area of the pitch; especially as there are persisting doubts over the long-term future of Luke Shaw.
There is much emphasis on the full-backs to get forward and aid the attack in the modern game and there are few better than Alex Sandro at the minute. Sandro has had a fine season in Serie A, contributing 4 goals and 4 assists in 38 starts for Juventus.
Further, he is a strong crosser of the ball and great in the air. What’s not to like?
