According to the BBC, Manchester United have made a bid in the region of £35m for Chelsea midfielder Juan Mata.
United have had representatives in London negotiating with Chelsea since Monday and are understood to be confident about securing a deal for the 25-year-old.
Mata did not train with Chelsea’s first-team on Wednesday.
