PICTURE: Rooney’s head injury

Due to people questioning Wayne Rooney’s commitment to the England squad, the Manchester United striker posted two photos of his head wound on Facebook. It’s certainly not one for the squeamish types.

I’m sure Jose Mourinho will kiss it better.
