Giggs On A Managerial Career

Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has set his sights on managing Manchester United or Wales when he decides to retire.
I don’t think the Welsh job is the best around but every manager has to start some where. I’m sure playing under Sir Alex Ferguson all these years, Giggs must of took in some of the good habits.

Ryan Giggs will celebrate 20 years as a first team player this season and still as important to the squad as ever. I think its fare to say players like Ryan Giggs don’t come around very often. Even though he’s at an old age (36) for a footballer he still gives 110% on the pitch.

The Welsh man has won every major club honour in his time at Old Trafford so if he could bring his winning ways into a managerial position there’s no reason why he couldn’t be a Manchester United manager. But maybe he wont want to get into all this crap with the Glazers which I understand!

“My aim would be to manage either Manchester United or Wales,  I don’t think I’ll know whether I’ll cope with the aggravation until I’ve finished playing and say ‘what do I do now?’

“Football is such a massive part of my life and to just stop in your late 30s and do nothing is tough. Even though there is so much stress involved, I think a lot of players become managers and really enjoy it. I think Roy Keane really enjoys it.”

What type of manager would you see Ryan Giggs being?
