Erik ten Hag has sent a rallying call to Manchester United supporters ahead of their penultimate Premier League fixture tonight.

The Red Devils can secure Champions League qualification with a point against Chelsea, though Ten Hag will certainly have his squad going all-out for three.

Should United get the job done this evening, it’ll take significant pressure off their shoulders heading into the final matchday against Fulham on Sunday. They can then switch their focus to the FA Cup final on June 3rd, as the players must head into that match with the utmost confidence and belief.

However, booking their place among Europe’s elite next season is the first challenge to overcome, and given Chelsea’s form, fans will be feeling pretty confident ahead of kick-off.

Ten Hag demands encouraging atmosphere

Ten Hag sent a message to the Old Trafford faithful in the matchday programme, urging the crowd to be in full voice to help the team over the line. He said (via Simon Stone): “I hope you are all prepared and ready to use your voices this evening. We must be fired up for another crucial game. The mission is very simple: one point is enough to secure a place in next season’s Champions League.”
