Atletico Madrid have made it clear that they want to sell Joao Felix in the January transfer window.
Since Manchester United were linked with a move for Joao Felix in the last, it was always enviable that speculation would resurface as soon as Atletico Madrid put the Portuguese star on the transfer list.
A number of United fans seem to think Felix would be the perfect signing for Erik ten Hag, with claims that attacking players like the 23-year-old struggle to thrive in a side managed by Diego Simeone.
João Felix needs to move from the Terrorist in Atletico Madrid. He's too talented to be shackled like this.

Don't know where we'd fit him in but would love to see Joao Felix at Man united although that's one of the reasons we're in this mess, buying players we don't really need

Ok today really stepped up my need for United to go after Joao Felix. Might actually happen too considering Ten Hag tried to sign him in August

Joao Felix really showed what he’s all about. He’s a beast waiting to be unleashed, he has world class talent and is such a versatile player who can play in multiple positions. Would love that type of profile at United.

Cody Gakpo for €75 is definitely something we shouldn’t be entertaining ! Way to expensive especially for a January buy, would rather spend that on joao felix. #MUFC

Let us know in the comments section if you would prefer Felix or Cody Gakpo?

Fans sometimes just want new signings without rationale thinking. I’m not sure I would use the word excited for João. In his 3 years at Atleti, he’s not exactly lit up La Liga and has scored a total of 24 league goals. That’s a poor return for a player that costs more than a 100m quid. And then there’s the attitude problem. Felix drifts in and out of games, his defensive contribution is zero to none and is quite pedestrian when his team doesn’t have the ball. Yes, Cody’s price is ridiculous but watching him, there’s that fire. A player you feel could run through walls for the manager, and that’s what Man United need right now.
