(Video) Alejandro Garnacho sets sights on Champions League finish after Everton win

Alejandro Garnacho was the star of the show as Manchester United returned to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday.

The young Argentinian won two penalties in the first half, both converted by Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford respectively.

As the case has been on more than one occasion this season when United have struggled in the final third, Garnacho has stepped up to break the pattern.

That was certainly what happened today. Despite winning by a two-goal margin, it was far from a comfortable outing for the Reds.

Garnacho will not be too bothered, however, as the winger has now spoken out and set his sights on qualifying for next season’s Champions League.

“I think it’s very important always to win the games, the three points,” he told TNT Sports after the game, as seen above.

“We lost the last two games so it’s important to be there. We want to be in the Champions League next season so (I’m) very happy.

“Now, every game, the manager said it’s a final. We have to win every single game, we are Manchester United. The job is done.”

Next up, United will welcome rivals Liverpool to Old Trafford for the quarter-final of the FA Cup.
