European clubs line up move for Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho

Jadon Sancho is increasingly likely to leave Manchester United as his exile from the squad continues under Erik ten Hag.

The winger was left out of the squad to face Arsenal in the opening weeks of the season and a public feud with the manager ensued. Since that day, Sancho has not been allowed to train with the first team.

Sancho is halfway through his third season at the club but it is increasingly likely that he has, in fact, played his final game for the club.

Now, it is being reported that several European clubs are monitoring Sancho’s situation, with clubs potentially lining up moves.

That’s according to The Telegraph, who say that a return to Borussia Dortmund is possible as the German giants are keen on bringing him back to the Bundesliga in the January window.

RB Leipzig, another Bundesliga outfit, could provide some competition for his signature and Serie A giants Juventus are also in the frame.

United are highly unlikely to stand in the way and would sanction a departure almost immediately. Due to his poor form over the last two years, it is unlikely that clubs will commit large sums to sign him permanently, however.

United could send him out on loan in a bid to raise his value and at least recoup some of the money they relinquished to sign him back in 2021.

  1. We all know why Sancho was dropped, it was to let Antony play in his position. Antony took his place on the wing and contributed very little. It was easy then to criticise Sancho when he was given the scraps and played now and again in odd different positions. Why did this happen? Because Ten Hag was the one who bought Antony and he had to try to justify the extortionate fee he paid. He hoped that Antony would eventually come good, but he never did. We all know this happened, and so when Ten Hag publicly criticised Sancho he was furious and wouldn’t lie down and take the unjustified criticism. ManU should keep Sancho and get rid of Ten Hag, together with all his crazy signings.
