Amad Diallo has returned to Manchester United training ahead of a pivotal run of fixtures for the club.
The youngster will be eagerly anticipating his first outing of the 2023/2024 season after a knee injury has kept him on the sidelines since the pre-season tour.
He enjoyed a scintillating loan spell with Sunderland last term, returning an impressive 14 goals and four assists as he played an integral role in their journey to the play-off semi-finals.
Erik ten Hag was evidently tracking Amad across the campaign, as all signs pointed towards the 21-year-old staying at Old Trafford and being a part of the first-team for the current season prior to his layoff.

Now, as he enters the final stages of his recovery, Ten Hag will be granted added depth on the wing to rival the likes of Marcus Rashford, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Facundo Pellistri.
United’s next outing is a Premier League clash with Bournemouth on Saturday before welcoming Bayern Munich to Old Trafford for their final Champions League group-stage game on Tuesday.
