(Video) Scott McTominay scores against Georgia to make it seven in Euro 2024 qualifiers

Scott McTominay scored his seventh goal of the Euro 2024 qualifying campaign against Georgia.

Kenny McLean set him up at the edge of the box and his shot went through the legs of a defender to distract the goalkeeper.

That will go down as his seventh goal in the Euro 2024 qualifiers, which is an outstanding record for a player who wasn’t recognised as a goalscorer until this season.

It came as an equaliser for Scotland, to make it 1-1, but the game finished 2-2 with Scotland equalising again late on.

The 26-year-old was linked with a move away from Old Trafford during the summer, but he stayed and has found his way back into Erik ten Hag’s line-up.

McTominay has 3 goals in the Premier League this season.
