No way back for Jadon Sancho at Manchester United

Erik ten Hag has reportedly made it clear that there is no way back for Jadon Sancho at Manchester United.

It sounds like United will be looking to move Sancho on in January, although it remains to be seen if he will play hardball over matching his salary elsewhere even though it’s an impossible ask. Unless Sancho is willing to join a Saudi Pro League side.

Sancho, 23, hasn’t played for United since the 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest ay the end of August.

The England international issued a statement after Ten Hag explained his absence for the Arsenal game was down to the player not meeting the required standards in training. Sancho suggested that this was a lie but he has since deleted his post from social media.

As a result, Sancho has been banished from first team activities. He is still refusing to apologise and it doesn’t seem like the situation will be solved.

According to The Mail, Ten Hag has been pushed for Sancho to be sold once the transfer window opens in the New Year. That would indicate that there is no way back for Sancho.

Sancho has been linked with a move to Juventus and Borussia Dortmund.

  1. I’d apologise to Ten Hag even tho’ I haven’t done anything, if it meant I could play for United!
