Rasmus Hojlund has been named among a star-studded nominee list for the prestigious Kopa Trophy, which is awarded to the world’s best player under the age of 21.
He joins nine other players, including Jude Bellingham, Gavi, Jamal Musiala, Eduardo Camavinga, Pedri, Xavi Simons, Alejandro Balde, Antonio Silva and Elye Wahi – making Hojlund the only Premier League talent in contention.

The Denmark international joined Manchester United from Atalanta at the beginning of August in a £72 million deal in total. A back injury meant that his official debut was delayed, so his maiden outing came last Sunday against Arsenal at the Emirates. He is still awaiting his first start as a Red.
United fans have high expectations of Hojlund
Hojlund, 20, has the potential to lead United’s line for the next decade, and the Old Trafford faithful can’t wait to see him fully in action and contributing in all competitions – especially the Champions League, where he’ll get the chance to showcase his abilities on the biggest stage in Europe.
