Rasmus Hojlund is fully fit and is in line to make the matchday squad when Manchester United travel to the Emirates on Sunday.
The 20-year-old signed in July but is yet to feature for the Red Devils due to a back injury that kept him out of the first three games.
Now though, Hojlund has worked his way up to match fitness and his long-awaited and highly-anticipated debut could come this weekend against longtime rivals Arsenal – a goal in that match would certainly be one way to introduce yourself to the Premier League!
Erik ten Hag was quizzed on the forward’s availability in Friday’s pre-match press conference.
“Yes [Hojlund will be available to make his debut]. We had a good training week, tomorrow we have our final training [session]. He’s doing well, he’s responding well so yeah, he will be available for Sunday’s game.”
🗣️ “He will be available for Sunday.”
