Hojlund becomes United’s third signing of the summer.
The 20-year-old joins Andre Onana and Mason Mount and reports suggest the Reds could be about to turn their attention to selling deadwood and signing Fiorentina midfield star Sofyan Amrabat.
United fans have been waiting for a centre-forward to join the squad because Erik ten Hag can no longer rely on Anthony Martial. The Frenchman is expected to stay at Old Trafford for another season at least, but Hojlund will take priority in terms of team selection.
