Andre Onana finally has his hands on a Manchester United shirt, and it’s certainly been a few weeks in the making.
The picture was shared by Fabrizio Romano this evening, shortly after the Red Devils shared their official announcement that the Cameroonian had completed his transfer to the club.
Onana, 27, signs on a five-year deal with the option of a further season, keeping him between the sticks at Old Trafford until 2028.
Surprisingly, he hasn’t opted to take the No.1, which was left vacant following David de Gea’s exit. Instead, he’s chosen the number that he’s worn at both Ajax and Inter Milan – 24.
