Manchester United right-back Diogo Dalot is enjoying a break away in Cristiano Ronaldo’s company this summer.
The pair were regularly spotted together during Ronaldo’s second spell at Manchester United, and it comes as no surprise that they remain in close contact.
There were countless stories about how unhappy the dressing room was before Erik ten Hag took charge, and Ronaldo never looked like a player willing to buy into the new manager’s methods.
It seems like Dalot is one of the United players to stick by his counterpart, while I’m sure many had their opinions of Ronaldo changed over a period of time.
Now the pair are on holiday together.
Ronaldo is currently on ‘vacation mode’ with his former United teammate, which is something he was happy enough to share with his Instagram followers.
Dalot will be looking to kick on again next season to push Aaron Wan-Bissaka out of the picture for the starting right-back role. He struggled throughout the second half of last season.
