Anthony Martial is back amongst the goals after his return from injury. The Frenchman found the net in Saturday’s 2-0 win over Everton and fans are getting excited.
I would urge caution with such excitement. Martial has had an absolute nightmare of a season in terms of injuries and niggles, but I’ve no doubt that we will score more goals if he stays fit.
Martial came on in the second half against Everton to score his first goal since February 1. He now has 86 goals for United.
Fans were understandably pleased to see Martial score his seventh goal of the season. It’s just a shame he’s been able to manage just 17 appearances this term.

I hope Martial can keep fit till the end of the season, he can surely get at least 10 goals with his clinical finishing and the amount of chances we create every game.

Utd were very good today, encouraging not to see them fade in the 2nd half. That Martial goal will be really important for his confidence at a time when he may be badly needed. Utd can never catch a break with injuries, how many times has EtH been able to pick his strongest team?
