This will be a significant concern given that Casemiro is unavailable for the Reds’ next two games; they face an in-form, European football-chasing Brentford on Wednesday and then host Everton next Saturday, who are desperate for survival in the top division.
He will then return in time to face Nottingham Forest at The City Ground on April 16.
