Former Red Rio Ferdinand has fired a dig at Manchester City ahead of their clash with RB Leipzig this evening.
The German side have travelled to Manchester to take on City in the second leg of their Champions League Round of 16 tie.
Pre-match, there was a light show at the Etihad to build up the atmosphere before kick-off – much to Ferdinand’s amusement.
He stood on the sidelines of the pitch alongside Joleon Lescott on punditry and took a video of the display, saying: “We don’t need stuff like this at Old Trafford, we don’t need no lights.

Ex-City defender Lescott responded: “These are Champions League lights – Europa League don’t need these lights.”
