Opta predicts Manchester United’s Premier League finish this season

Manchester United are predicted to finish in third position in the Premier League this season.

Some pundits are trying to drag us into an apparent title race with Man City and Arsenal, but there is so much football to be played before there’s an actual title race.

Opta Analyst released their final Premier League predictions ahead of Arsenal vs Manchester City on Wednesday night.

They reckon United will finish third and Newcastle will come fourth.

Chelsea ninth, Liverpool tenth. Fantastic.

A third place finish in Ten Hag’s first season wouldn’t be a bad return, especially if he can add a trophy to the mix. It’s possible because United are going to Wembley on the 26th of February!
