Ten Hag names strong side: confirmed Man United line-up vs Reading

Manchester United are aiming to extend their run as the only club in England still competing in four competitions as they welcome Reading to Old Trafford in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

Erik ten Hag’s men are back to winning ways after they comprehensively dispatched Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup earlier this week.

Now, Ten Hag’s focus will be on securing passage to the next round of the other domestic competition and the Dutchman has left very little to chance as he names a strong side for the game.

Harry Maguire returns to the side as captain and is partner by Victor Lindelof, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Tyrell Malacia on either side.

Casemiro and Christian Eriksen start to make up a first-choice midfield, with Bruno Fernandes tasked with providing the creative spark. Wout Weghorst will be hoping to score again after opening his account for the Reds against Nottingham Forest.

The Dutchman is flanked by Antony and Marcus Rashford, with the latter hoping to make it 11 goals in his last 11 games.
