Manchester United can move up to third in the Premier League table with a win against Bournemouth on Tuesday night.
The Red Devils are hosting the Cherries at Old Trafford in what will be the side’s 17th domestic game of the season.
Looking to cement their place among the league’s top four, Erik Ten Hag will know that his side can afford no slip-ups at home to what is an inferior opponent.
The form table offers a positive outlook for United, who come into this matchup off the back of three consecutive domestic victories.
Bournemouth, on the other hand, find themselves in a predictable relegation battle and will therefore fight tooth and nail for every point they can. Taking them for granted is something the Red Devils will certainly be advised against.
Ahead of the important fixture, which is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m (UK time), both teams have named their starting lineups.
Bournemouth make two changes, but United’s lineup is the most intriguing with Harry Maguire coming back into the side’s back four. The England international will be joined by Victor Lindelof with Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez only good enough for the bench.
Donny van de Beek has also been awarded a rare start with Antony missing from the matchday squad altogether.
