Manchester United are ready to ‘include Cristiano Ronaldo’ in a deal that could see Napoli striker Victor Osimhen move the opposite direction, according to reports in Italy.
Il Mattino claim that the Reds are preparing a cash-plus-player offer for the Nigeria international, with Ronaldo being part of the exchange deal.
It would be the most surprising swoop of the summer if it were to happen.
Apparently, Jorge Mendes, who has been trying to engineer a move for Ronaldo all summer, has alerted the Serie A club that an offer totalling €140 million will be presented to them.
It’s a crazy amount of money to offer for Osimhen but there is no denying that he would be a big improvement on what we have at the club, if Ronaldo is to leave.
