Manchester United are now just minutes away from kicking off their 2022-23 Premier League season.
The Red Devils, led by new Dutch manager Erik ten Hag, are set to welcome Graham Potter’s Brighton and Hove Albion to Old Trafford to mark the beginning of the newest campaign.

Eager to right the wrongs of last season, ten Hag will know that kicking off his reign with a win is vital to building some early momentum.
However, the big news before kick-off has been that star striker Cristiano Ronaldo will be starting from the substitute’s bench.
Ahead of kick-off, which is scheduled for 2 p.m (UK time), the Portuguese five-time Ballon d’or winner received a frosty welcome back from the club’s home fans.
