Sassuolo want Manchester United winger on loan next season

Reports suggest Manchester United could be making plans for Amad Diallo ahead of next season.

The Ivorian winger joined Rangers on loan last month and took just four minutes to open his account on his debut against Ross County.

Meanwhile, Amad was named on the bench for tonight’s Europa League clash away to Borussia Dortmund.

A recent report claim Manchester United are unlikely to give the youngster game time next season and that has prompted interest from Italian side Sassuolo, as per Metropolitan Magazine (H/t Sport Witness).

Having arrived at Old Trafford in January of 2021, the Ivory Coast international could return to Italy after 18 months, when he departed Atalanta after graduating from the academy.

If he’s not going to get game time at United next season, it makes sense for the club to map out a plan for Amad’s development because he has been touted as one of the best young talents in Europe.

Hopefully he can get off the bench and get some minutes under his belt against Dortmund tonight.
