After making a poor start to the Premier League season, Manchester United are back in Champions League action on Wednesday and could take a huge step towards qualification by beating group rivals Atalanta, who are currently in first place.
The Bergamo club will make the trip to Old Trafford for the first time, whilst Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will need to find a solution to his stuttering side sooner rather than later.
There are huge questions over some of the first-team regulars ahead of the game, with reports now claiming that many around Manchester United are expecting a ‘big decision’ ahead of this week’s encounter with Atalanta.
That’s according to The Independent, who go on to say that the club’s talisman, Bruno Fernandes, could even be dropped for the game.

The motivation behind a big decision is said to come in a bid to jolt a reaction from his team following the disappointing defeat to Leicester, which left his side sixth in the Premier League table and with just one win from their last four.
Whether that decision comes down to being the exclusion of Fernandes, who remains the side’s talismanic figure, remains to be seen. Regardless, a response is required after last weekend’s mishap.
