Video: Jadon Sancho posts training montage ahead of first Man Utd session

Jadon Sancho completed his move from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester United last month and is set to start training with his new teammates for the first team this week.

The 21-year-old was the subject of strong interest from Manchester United, with a pursuit in 2020 failing at the 11th hour. Instead, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side reignited their interest a year later to make Sancho the fourth most expensive signing in the club’s history.

Sancho’s involvement in this summer’s European Championship meant that he was granted an extended break, most of which he spent in Turks and Caicos.

The exciting winger has appeased fans on social media by posting a training montage from his holiday, as seen above, showing off his physique whilst also admitting that he cannot wait for the season to start.

Sancho is expected to be involved in Manchester United’s Premier League curtain-raiser this weekend against Leeds but it remains to be seen if the former Manchester City youth player is handed a start on his debut.

“In Turks and Caicos right now,” Sancho is heard saying on his Instagram. “Big session, big sessions. Can’t wait for the season to start. This is what it takes.”
