Jadon Sancho has completed a medical at Manchester United ahead of a summer transfer, according to reports. The club announced it had reached an agreement with Borussia Dortmund two weeks ago but after the Euro 2020 final, the winger is now set to complete his move.
That’s according to BBC, who says that Sancho’s £73m move to Old Trafford is edging closer. The 21-year-old, according to the report, was driven into Carrington on Tuesday before being pictures leaving later.
After completing all necessary medical checks, it’s now expected that Manchester United will formally announce the signing of Sancho later this week.
Although no official date has been set for an official kit release ahead of pre-season, it’s believed that Sancho will model the new strip in his presentation.
Some speculation on social media claims that a kit reveal is planned for 15 July, which could mean that Sancho’s full announcement falls on the same day.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side will take on Wayne Rooney’s Derby County on 18 July and are expected to wear the new home kit for their first pre-season match.
