When Manchester United can expect to complete Jadon Sancho deal

Despite announcing that an agreement had been reached to sign Jadon Sancho earlier this month, the winger is not a Manchester United player just yet. The club confirmed that a transfer was subject to personal terms and a medical earlier this month.

The 21-year-old was the subject of extensive interest from Manchester United and two years after interest began, Sancho is set to sign for the Old Trafford club.

Sancho is currently away on international duty and with England reaching Sunday’s final, an official announcement of the signing has been delayed further.

The former Manchester City player is expected to travel from London to Manchester when his involvement in the tournament ends, which will now be Monday next week.

Sancho will undergo a medical and if everything checks out, sign his contract and officially be presented as Manchester United’s second signing of the summer. Tom Heaton, who joined on a free transfer, was unveiled earlier this month.
